At StoneStrikeGear, we want you to feel confident in every strike. If something’s not right, we’ve got your back—within reason.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

  • Gloves must be unworn and unused

  • Must be in their original packaging

  • No damage, odor, or signs of use — our gear touches skin and sweat, so hygiene matters
    Note: Even one training session voids the return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used gloves (even once)

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Custom or limited-edition styles

Refunds
If approved:

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault

Contact us within 30 days with a photo and order number. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund—your choice.
